Titanium Nitrate Coating. Titanium nitride shows very low reactivity with respect to metals. Therefore, the tool wear through cold
weld-on is significantly reduced.
Ferritic Nitrocarburizing (FNC). Ferritic nitrocarburizing is an advanced surface treatment process that results in a hard, wear-
resistant surface layer, improving the overall performance and durability of the treated components.
High Corrosion Clear Zinc. High Corrosion Clear Zinc offers the benefits of meeting salt spray test requirement of up to 120 hours with
no white corrosion.
Black Oxide. The process employed is the hot alkaline nitrate black oxide bath for ferrous alloys. The coatings provide a deep black,
low surface build coating of approximately 5 millionths of an inch thickness.
Powder Coating. This versatile coating protects metals and other materials from corrosion, dents, and scratches while elevating the
surface finish.
Heat Treating. Heat Treatments increase tensile, toughness, and strengh along with improving wear performance and corrosion resistance.
